Green Talk from the Workers’ Observatory, followed by branch business

For March’s Branch Meeting, we will be joined by guest speakers from the Workers’ Observatory, collective of delivery riders and researchers in Edinburgh.

They will tell us about exploitative and precarious working conditions for riders. We will also hear from Edinburgh Green councillors about ongoing work in the local authority to improve conditions for such workers.

Accessibility

Our aim is to have branch meetings that are both in-person and online.

There is a break during meetings, and we offer tea and coffee with plant-based milk and a biscuit, including a vegan option. Water is available on request. Donations for tea/coffee/biscuits are welcome
