Implementing the prohibition of the sale and supply of single-use vapes in Scotland

The Scottish Government, along with the UK Government and the Welsh Government, are proposing to introduce a prohibition on the sale and supply of single-use vapes.

This final six-week consultation invites feedback on the implementation of the ban and draft impact assessments, including a Strategic Environmental Assessment.
