Living Rent’s rally for rent controls

Right now, parliament is scrutinising the Housing Bill that if passed will see a comprehensive, permanent system of rent controls introduced across Scotland. But landlords are lobbying hard to water down the legislation and MSPs are beginning to listen.

Towards the end of November, politicians will debate and then vote on whether the Bill goes into Stage Two. We need to come together to ensure that our MSPs know that tenants need rent controls.
